Targo Filament Workshoplaunched

TARGO's new workshop of brush filament has been successfullyput into operation in December 2020, to help provide bettersupport for our growing brush business.

As a professional paint tool manufacturing company, TARGOTOOLS is committed to providing our customers with the bestproducts and service, to expanding our product range andproduction capabilities, as well as providing the end consumerswith the best paint work experience possible!

Production area: 600m2

Process: ingredients, mixing materials, color mixing, wire drawing, drying, cuttingwrapping,packaging etc.(Video in attachment)TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGE: Solid Round Tapered Filaments Process.Tipped and Flagged filament ends provide greater paint pick-up, release andcoverage per stroke, for top performance.

Current capacity: 500-600kgs per day

Meaning: we can make brush filaments by ourselves, so we canbetter control the quality and material of filaments. lt also helps usto further strengthen our research and development of filament.
Future Plans: the existing outsourcing filament is graduallyreplaced by our own production. lf the capacity of this productionline is not enough, more lines will be added.
